Booking Deposits: Are Only for venues and dates this covers our cost of loosing bookings over canceled events.

If your venue or ceremony with out any notice is canceled 2 weeks before the date stated

of the Booking only 50% for that deposit is refunded due to lost of our earnings + custom.

 

Deposit for your Event is Canceled with us befor this 2 weeks your full deposit will be refunded

Professional Equipment hire:

​

commercial equipment has much higher value to replace or repair our Laptop £350.

Our Professional speakers cost over £550 a pair, Speaker cones alone are £130 each to replace if Blown or damaged, Laptop £350 has built in tracker as also other Equipment used by us, Disco lights prices range from £50 - £300 each bulbs £8 each, but Bulbs can go at anytime

so we cover them its not reducted form deposits.

Medium Disco set up Value around £1800 this is why Deposits have to be taken

All our Equipment is Tested the day its Hired, pictures taken of valuable equipment on this day hired

and shown to the customer to show its condition,

Law document, legally binding contract between us and customer will be present to be

read so you as customer fully understand the legall transaction that is taken place, this will be signed by

both parties making this a legal document  for both parties safety and peace of mind

​

Once payment is made by Bank or Cash transaction. full receipt will be handed over to you.

All and Full Deposits must be paid at time of Booking.

Weddings/Disco we ask for Half of money for the Cost of what you Hire us for at the time we turn up and set up. this shows good trust for us both to include

Sound Equipment, Disco Equipment, Disco Lights, Speakers, Smoke Machine, Numark CD Players

DJ Packages, Gazebos, Party Tents, Disco Bouncy castle

Booking deposits are payable securely online by credit card or debit card which works through PayPal. This really is the safest way of paying online and provides you with a receipt for your payment.(You do not need a PayPal account to make a deposit)
